Why Practice Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a multi-faceted art and the reasons to practice it are just as varied. Tai Chi helps improve health, develop coordination and can be used for self defense.

The reason I study Taichi includes all of those, but there is another reason I study it. Tai Chi is also like a puzzle. One that can never be solved. But with each small step in understanding, a feeling of accomplishment and reward so profound it is impossible to describe awaits.
